The aim of this briefing session is to provide Senior Management (i.e. those who constitute a firm’s governing body) with a concise update on the implications, both for their firms and for them as individuals, arising from the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, and ongoing obligations from other current legislation.

The regulator has already fined a CEO personally for failing to comply with existing requirements, it is therefore imperative that CEO’s, their equivalents and senior management colleagues in all regulated firms fully understand their collective and personal obligations to avoid suffering a similar penalty.

Who is this for?

Directors/Senior Managers in all firms subject to the Money Laundering Regulations.

This course is most conveniently delivered on an in-house basis immediately before or after a scheduled board meeting (or equivalent) so that all Directors, including Non-Executives, are together.
