Non-Financial Misconduct eLearning
Overview
The course provides an introduction to the FCA’s new rules and guidance covering non-financial misconduct (e.g. bullying, harassment and violence) which came into force on 1 September 2026.
In particular, it highlights the potential consequences of NFM under the Conduct Rules, the Fit and Proper Test and general workplace laws and regulations. It also emphasises the importance of the firm’s policies and codes of conduct in relation to such conduct.

The course is suitable for all employees at a regulated firm.
It includes specific content for Senior Management Functions (SMFs), highlighting their responsibilities.
